Figures and tables
Number figures and tables in order (Figure 1, Table 1) and cite each in the text. Images should be at least 300 dpi. Do not use material from other sources without written permission.
Originality and ethics
- The chapter must be original and not published or under review elsewhere.
- Every chapter goes through a similarity check before review. Chapters with high similarity are returned to the author.
- Research involving people or animals needs ethics approval, stated in the chapter.
- Declare any conflict of interest and any funding.
Use of AI tools
AI tools cannot be listed as authors. If you used an AI tool for anything beyond language and grammar editing, describe how in the submission form and in the chapter. Authors are responsible for every statement and reference in the chapter.
Writing support
If you have a chapter idea but no time to write it, submit just the chapter title. Our writing team writes the chapter with you: you give the direction and any data or references, review the draft and approve the final text. The support is acknowledged in the chapter, and the chapter goes through the same similarity check and peer review as every other chapter.
| Chapter writing fee | ₹1,300, paid online when you submit the title |
|---|---|
| Publication fee | ₹2,000, paid later. We send the payment link when the chapter is ready. |
Peer review
- The book’s editor checks the abstract fits the volume (within 7 days).
- The full chapter is checked for similarity, then sent to reviewers in the field.
- You receive the reviewers’ comments and revise the chapter.
- The editor gives the final decision: accept, revise again, or decline.
Copyright
After acceptance, the corresponding author signs the copyright form online on behalf of all authors. Authors may share the published chapter in their institutional repository and on their profile pages, with a citation to the book.
Fees
Submitting your own chapter and peer review are free. The publication fee of ₹2,000 is payable only after your chapter is accepted. It covers editing, typesetting, the ISBN, the chapter DOI, the certificate and the hard copy of the book.
If our team writes the chapter with you, the chapter writing fee of ₹1,300 is paid online when you submit the title, and the publication fee is paid later, when the chapter is ready.
Details about the hard copy (when it is available, delivery and expected delivery time) are shared once all chapters of the book are complete.
